Bill is a CEDR Accredited Mediator who advises employers on a wide range of international employment, compensation, and benefits matters. His practice includes counseling on issues involving employees working abroad, foreign nationals employed in the United States, and U.S. citizens and permanent residents working overseas.

Bill has extensive experience navigating complex compliance issues related to the hiring, retention, and separation of employees across multiple legal jurisdictions. He has supported clients with international operations on all seven continents—including Antarctica—helping them implement strategic global HR policies and practices.
