Attorney at law with over 25 years of professional experience in commercial law, particularly in commercial, regulatory, competition, and advertising laws.

Before beginning his career as an in-house lawyer, he was a partner at a law firm in Poznań for five years. Until 2023, he was responsible for all legal matters of the largest Polish food company, Kompania Piwowarska S.A., and its subsidiaries (formerly owned by SABMiller and currently by the Japanese Asahi, the global foodstuff producer). Currently, he serves as President of the Management Board of the Polish Association of Corporate Lawyers in Warsaw, an organization of nearly 500 GCs. He is also Vice President of the European Company Lawyers Association based in Brussels.
