Stéphanie Fougou is the General Counsel at HBX Group, with over twenty years’ experience in major companies. She began her career in the Media sector with France Animation, then joined France Télécom/Orange, holding various senior legal roles. She later became Group General Counsel at Club Mediterranée and Vallourec, also serving on Vallourec’s Executive Committee. Since 2024, Stéphanie has been President of ECLA.
