Sandy Tsakiridi is Senior Director within the Global Legal Function of The Coca-Cola Company, where she leads the company’s Global AI Governance Program and serves as Head Privacy Counsel for Europe. A triple-qualified lawyer admitted in England & Wales, Greece and Ireland, she works at the intersection of privacy, AI, emerging technologies and global regulatory strategy.

Her career spans senior leadership positions across HSBC, leading international law firms and one of the Big Four in London and Brussels, advising on complex privacy, technology, and regulatory matters across international markets. She is the founder of Hellenic Women in Privacy & Technology (HWiPT), a member of the European Data Protection Board’s Support Pool of Experts on new technologies and a former IAPP Advisory Board Member.
