I am the CEO of ASCEND SAS, a provider of non-financial ERP software that I founded with two partners in January 2023 following a very rewarding career with several international groups. Our clients are based in Europe or outside our region.
I am a member of the Corporate Finance Working Group at EuroDéfense France and an expert in governance, ESG data, and sustainability matters. As a former executive at Vigeo Eiris and at Moody’s ESG, I focus on capital allocation and industrial sovereignty.

I am an independent director of Antaria (Luxembourg) and a Senior Advisor at Hamilton Global Opportunity (Ireland). I am also a member of the IFA, Honorary Chair of the AFJE (which I chaired from 2001 to 2005), and a former Vice Chair of ECLA, which was chaired at the time by Bengt Guvstason.
