Philippe Coen is a Honorary President of ECLA. He holds law degrees from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Paris X. He is a graduate of the Academy of the International Court of Justice in The Hague and holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and the Kennedy School of Government. He practiced law at a British law firm and then at a French law firm; he is currently Director of Legal and Public Affairs in the private media and entertainment sector. He has taught numerous courses and authored several books.
