Nitza is the Assistant General Counsel and Commercial Lead for Corporate, External & Legal Affairs for Microsoft France and Europe South, where she oversees commercial legal strategy and supports Microsoft’s work with customers and partners in the region. An attorney admitted to the New York Bar, she brings extensive international legal experience from roles across Microsoft in the U.S., India, and Europe, as well as earlier positions in private practice and the U.S. District Court for Puerto Rico. Her background spans commercial law, contract negotiation, privacy, and competition law, supported by legal studies at the University of Puerto Rico and Universitat de Barcelona and a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University.
