Nicolas Tollet is a compliance and investigations specialist with more than 20 years of experience advising multinational companies on complex cross-border investigations, compliance programmes and regulatory matters. Prior to joining CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2025, he served as Vice President Compliance at Technip and was involved in several landmark international investigations, including matters concerning Technip, Airbus and Alcatel, alongside the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the UK Serious Fraud Office (SFO) and the French National Financial Prosecutor’s Office (PNF). He advises clients on anti-corruption, sanctions, human rights and compliance risk management, and has led investigations, audits and compliance reviews across multiple jurisdictions worldwide. He also supports organisations on governance and sustainability-related compliance matters, including CSRD reporting.
