Marjorie Colas is General Counsel Iberia, Compliance Officer and Head of Legal Innovation at Essendi. With more than 20 years of experience in international business law, compliance and legal leadership, she has built her career within the hospitality and real estate industries, combining deep legal expertise with a strong focus on innovation and transformation.

Marjorie spent over 15 years with the Accor Group, where she held several legal positions across the EMEA and Iberian regions before joining AccorInvest, now Essendi, in 2017. Since then, she has led the legal function for Iberia while expanding her responsibilities to include compliance, legal transformation and innovation.
