Magdalena is an attorney-at-law in Poland, partner in BDDG Bartosiewicz, Di Dea, Grabarek law firm and member of the National Bar Council of Attorneys-at-Law in Poland.

She specializes in broad commercial law and white collar crimes. She also provides legal advice to both Polish and international clients on regulatory matters and the responsibility of key individuals in business. She supports the development and implementation of compliance management systems and procedures, including the implementation of AML/CFT regulations in obligated institutions. Magdalena represents clients in court disputes and arbitration, advising at the pre-trial stage and during negotiations.
