François Reyntens is a core member of Spencer Stuart’s Legal, Compliance & Government Affairs Practice and the leader of the Family Business Practice in EMEA. François has extensive experience in navigating board and governance matters, having been involved in facilitating transition at board and executive committee levels. Having been a general counsel, François has an intimate understanding of the challenges and opportunities presented by the legal function. He is recruiting general counsels, chief compliance officers, corporate secretaries, head of public affairs (and their direct reports) throughout continental Europe.
