He leads the integration of Legal and NewLaw services, driving legal transformation across the region. With over 20 years of experience, Cezary’s core specialization is in corporate and commercial law, M&A, restructuring, and regulatory advisory. He has worked in top law firms in Warsaw, Washington, and London.

He is a published author in commercial and international law and holds degrees from the University of Białystok, Poland and the Catholic University of America in Washington. Cezary is also an attorney-at-law admitted to the Polish Bar.
