An executives and non executives advisor (Sonj) and a board member (Ardian, Atos…), Caroline Ruellan is a member of the Conseil national de la médiation and of the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority), the chairman of the CdA (French Association of Directors). A graduate of the IHEDN (Institute for Advanced Studies in National Defence), she holds a degree from Harvard Law School and a PhD from Panthéon-Assas University.
